Introduction

At HubEntry, our primary concern is maintaining our relationship with our customers. We are committed to securing our customers’ data and ensure its’ confidentiality. This Privacy Policy will explain exactly what type of information is collected from our customers and how it is used. Henceforth, “we,” “us” and “our” will refer to HubEntry, and “you” and “your” shall refer to the customer.

Information We Collect

  • At any time, you may visit our website anonymously and learn about the services HubEntry offers.
  • We collect two general types of information, namely personal information and aggregate data. As used in this Policy, the term “personal information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name and email address), and demographic and other information when directly linked to information that can identify an individual. Our definition of personal information does not include “aggregate” data.
  • Aggregate data is information we collect about a group or category of services or users from which user identities have been removed. In other words, no personal information is included in aggregate data. Aggregate data helps us understand trends in our users’ needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor our services. This policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregate data, and we may share aggregate data about our users with third parties for various purposes, including to help us better understand our customer needs and improve our services and for advertising and marketing purposes.
  • When you visit HubEntry, our servers automatically record certain information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, the website you viewed prior to viewing HubEntry, and the information you searched for on our site.
  • When registering with HubEntry and purchasing its services, certain personal information will be requested and collected. This information will include a name, a company name, a valid credit card number, and a billing address. This information is collected for fulfilling an order, billing, services rendered, service improvement, research, and other general purposes.
  • HubEntry and 3rd Party Applications

  • HubEntry reserves the right to request login information such as usernames and passwords to certain 3rd party applications. For current and future HubEntry modules to function properly, it may be necessary for HubEntry to collect, store and automatically use that login information. These 3rd party applications may include, but are not limited to the iCERT portal.
  • iCERT is a portal operated by the Department of Labor (DOL) that allows for the filing of Labor Condition Agreement (LCA) applications. In order for certain HubEntry services to operate correctly, you will be required to provide your username and password for the iCERT portal. HubEntry collects, stores, and uses your login information to access the iCERT portal on your behalf and automatically agrees to the iCERT portal terms and conditions. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the iCERT portal terms and conditions, as HubEntry assumes no responsibility for any breach of the iCERT terms and conditions when accessing the portal on your behalf.
  • Cookies, Clear GIF’s, Tracking Software, and Analysis

  • We may use “cookies” and other tracking software to store session information. This will be determined by the type of services required, and will include the storage of a small amount of data on your computer hard drive as an identifier. HubEntry may set and require access to said cookies remotely in order to render certain services. You can instruct your web browser, by changing its’ options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from any website. If you choose to limit the cookies imprinted onto your computer, certain aspects of the HubEntry application may not function properly.
  • Disclosure of Information

  • All collected data will remain private and confidential.
  • At no time will any collected information be bought, sold, rented, exchanged, or otherwise shared by any 3rd party entity.
  • HubEntry will, however, share any collected information in order to respond to and comply with investigations, court orders or any legal process required by law. This will include investigation and prevention of illegal activities, suspected fraud, and potential threats to personal safety, or violations of the HubEntry Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • HubEntry also shares personal information with 3rd party storage entities. HubEntry utilizes a 3rd party hosting service to store your information. The 3rd party hosting service data centers are secured by military grade security systems.
  • In the event of a sale or merger resulting in a 3rd party acquiring HubEntry, all the personal and aggregate data stored in HubEntry will be transferred to the new ownership.
  • The customer retains all rights and intellectual property to all information entered into HubEntry.
  • Security

  • HubEntry takes reasonable steps to protect the information we collect from you to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. In addition, highly confidential personal information such as credit card number and password that we request is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.
  • The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of a login ID and password. The customer is advised not to share this information with any 3rd party. If in the event a customer believes this information has been stolen or made available to others, please contact us at info@hubentry.com and immediately change your password.
  • HubEntry is not responsible if a 3rd party gains access to an account through a customer’s violation of the HubEntry Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.

    Emails and Notifications

  • When registering with HubEntry and purchasing its services, we collect contact information and unique identifier information (such as a username and password) in order to contact you when reasonably necessary. We may also use any information you have provided to administer or provide customer support for HubEntry services.
    Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
  • Based on the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send a welcoming email to verify your username and password. Additionally, we will also communicate with you in response to inquiries, provide requested services, manage your account, notify about new services, and to provide other promotional literature. As a courtesy, we will provide an “opt-out” function for these correspondences.
  • If you wish to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Our newsletters contain important information such as updates and enhancements to our services. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.
  • Termination of Account

  • A customer, at any time, may cancel an account and transport the data contained therein. Once an account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently expunged from primary HubEntry databases. Certain aggregate data may be kept on backup and production servers indefinitely. We reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your personal information.
  • 3rd Party Links and Blogs

  • At any point, on the HubEntry website, its’ direct affiliates, and/or any other HubEntry marketing materials, HubEntry retains the right to provide links to like minded, 3rd party entities. The customer should be aware that once they navigate to that 3rd party link, HubEntry is no longer responsible for the content, privacy and security of that link.
  • Any customer who posts on blogs or any other forums associated with HubEntry should be aware that 3rd parties could use any information contained therein. HubEntry is not responsible for any information posted on these forums, as 3rd parties may collect and utilize it for unsolicited emails.
  • Updating Personal Information

  • At any time, the customer is free to update, change or modify your personal information through our user profile module. If for any reason you have difficulty changing this information, please contact us at info@hubentry.com
  • Policy Changes

  • HubEntry retains the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will place notification of any change on the HubEntry website. There is also a date that appears on the top of this page, which will reflect the most recent date of change to the policy.
